Graham Felston is a Chartered Director and a Chartered Insurer working at board level with FTSE companies and in private equity.

Graham was formerly the Deputy Managing Director and Governance Director of Pearl Life, Chair of Trustees of numerous DB Pension Funds and held senior NED roles in the National Health Service.

Current roles and assignments include:

- Chair of Pension Trustees for Diligenta, Equiniti Paymaster and ICS.

- Professional trustee for Phoenix Group Limited and Pension Trustee for the Pearl Pension Scheme

- Management Consultancy roles including pension fund de-risking and advisor re-tendering.

Graham has some further capacity for additional Pensions Chair and Non-Executive Director roles whilst Felston Consulting Limited is available

to input and advise on Pension Fund de-risking options, Business Transformation, Strategic Change and Corporate Governance.
